Galaxy active watch delivery

Hi all

Does anyone know when preorders are due for despatch and delivery? If release is 20th does this mean we should expect delivery on 21st?

But I'm pretty sure it ships on 20th for delivery 21st 

But I hope you're right, as day off tommorow ...

Suppose we'd have heard about despatch by now too if it was due tomorrow, the s10 was despatched on release day and received the next day so could be the same. I dont have any confirmation emails of order or anything so wondered if anyone else had heard differently

I am having the same problem. I reached out and after a week I finally got someone to say there is a shipping delay and we may get our orders in week 16.

I have been fed a load of rubbish by their customer service team over delivery, now i see that a despatch would be week 16.  can anybody advise when that would actually be, please?
