Galaxy Active disconnects from Galaxy S20FE

Hi, does anyone have a fix. My galaxy active watch will not connect to my phone, I have had it about 2 weeks and worked perfectly to start with. When I access the wearable app it allows me to press the 'connect' button but just sits there and won't connect. It won't allow to click update apps for the galaxy watch either?

Would check your watch is charged, not in power saving mode or has Bluetooth turned off

watch fully charged, Bluetooth on, checked power saving mode 👍

Maybe try restarting watch if you haven't already

tried that too, just seems strange. thanks for the help 🙂

Only other suggestion ( which you may have already tried ) would be to unpair it from the phone, remove it on the phone Bluetooth and pair it from new
