Hi, got the Actice 2 watch today.  I can't see the much promoted integrated Youtube, Twitter and Google translate apps.  Anyone who has giot this watch have them.  If not does anyone know why they are missing?  Ta

I have the LTE version and they are not there!

I contacted Samsung several times on this and they stonewalled me every time.  They would not even confirm that the apps exist even though they were present on the pre launch hands on version.  But that's what I come to expect from Samsung customer service - they really don't care.

I'd also like to know where these apps are, it's appalling to hear everyone's experience with Samsung support (I also have the 4g watch and can confirm that they're not on there, as well as the firmware being two releases behind the US).

I live chatted to customer service yesterday asking what the latest firmware is for the watch.  They would not give me an answer saying roll out differs from region to region.  They said they would get a 'product change specialist' to email me regarding the latest firmware.  I'll be amazed if anyone bothers.

 The aps dont exist. Samsung endorse three apps by TecAce. Watch Viewer for youtube, Watch viewer for Twitter, and Watch translator...
