Galaxy Active 2 burn

Hi, I bought a Galaxy Active 2 watch yesterday from Argos. I 've only worn it for a few hours but its getting hot and burning my wrist. Argos has refused to take it back as the packaging has been opened. Has anyone got any suggestions?

It doesn't matter if the packaging has been opened. If its a faulty item they must take it back and refund or exchange so long as its within their returns limit, usually 14 or 30 days. You have consumer rights and they must take it back. Make sure you expressly state that it is being returned as a defective unit, not just a change of mind.

They have now agreed to take it back to check it out so we will see. I won't be using Argos again their customer service is appalling!
