Galaxy 2 battery drain in 3 hours

My battery is draining in 2 to 3 hours some days and 10 hours other days. I have wi fi turned off, notifications turned off, the galaxy wear app inactive after connecting. Nothing is consistently working

I had this issue last week with my galaxy active watch, did a full factory reset and have gone back to 2 day battery life

I did this, being careful to do a full backup first. However, after the reset, no backup could be found and I had to redo ALL settings, couldn't find my favorite watch face, and I'm getting irritating notifications I've never gotten before that I can't figure out how to stop.  There should have been a better way.
