Frontier s3 plastic ring spares

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement plastic ring for my s3, mine broke a while back and have found it very difficult to locate a replacement for it

are you able to send a picture of the part that you are referring to? When and where did you get your watch?

It was bought from samsung the week that the frontier s3 was launched so it's over 2 years old now

@Ash771: The rotating bezel on the watch face can't be sent out as a replacement part, and will need to be replaced as part of an inspection/repair process by one of our engineers. I'm not wanting a bezel, all I asked was where I could get the plastic insert inside of the bezel that is broken.
