I claimed mine mid January and got an email a couple of weeks ago apologising for the delay saying they were receiving a shipment last week (week starting the 22nd) and that they will email with tracking details once dispatched but still nothing seems a very long time!

yeah I'm sceptical I know a lot of people did receive theirs but really if they haven't got the stock an alternative should be offered
