Free watch

Friend bought an S20, applied for free watch and it said Claim Validated, can take up to 45 days.

This was on 4th Oct.

Every time she clicks on 'track', that's all it says...'Claim Validated'.

When I got my S20 Ultra, I received the Buds+ within 2wks.

Anyone else had this problem?

your friend is lucky they got so far, I applied numerous times and every time they kept saying important information missing and every time I sent the information that was required and still same reply sorry important information missing I have given up trying to claim my free watch.

Did you apply via Samsung members or website? Said for personal, use Members

Hey @Ziddy If your claim was validated on the 4th October, the Watch will be with you before 18th November. Before we can chase anything, the 45 days has to be completed.
