Free samsung galaxy active watch 2019

So I was chuffed to get the free watch with my phone when I upgraded 🙃 but alas today it refuses to power on. I have tried everything including factory restart. Nothing works 

As the watch is just still under the 2 year warranty, in 8 days it will not be, does anybody know how I can contact samsung to get phone repaired/replaced.

I noted it went down when the the update with the samsung pay app, never to restart again. Quite annoying.

Any advice appreciated.

Are you in the UK? If so I have been having issues with my Tab S7 and I spoke to the Samsung team on the support chat and they directed me to this page to book it in for a repair. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/
