Free gift / code didnt arrived after applying in members app.

Bought Note 20 Ultra, claimed in the Samsung memebers app, I got a confirmation text saying with in a month will get  (reseller confirmedthe purchased to samsung.)

Still nothing came.... more than month

Mine says within 45 days of claim.

september 9th was the confirmation by text message came... its now 50 days over!!!

5th of October my claim was accepted and my watch has been despatched today.

this process of claiming from Samsung needs to chage. no proper tracking/communication from Samsung. tried calling 03330000333 for info and about a new charger for Note 20 Ultra.... waited for 35 min. no one even lifted the called..
