Free galaxy earbuds when?

I was offered free samsung galaxy earbuds when purchasing an s22 ultra. I got the confirmation text the same day I applied, but have heard nothing since. Any idea how long they take to ship?

They can take upto 45 days....partner claimed 2 weeks ago and still no update

Pretty much same here mate, close to 3 weeks now! They could have at least shipped the phone with some wired headphones 🤷

You will receive an email from Samsung promations a couple of days before shipment. Mine took a month.

Mine came today...I have claimed on the day I received phone which was 11th March.
