Hi does anyone know where you go to get your free earbuds. It's doing my head in. Samsung are useless. Keep getting the runner round. Sort your self's out Samsung.

HI @homerfenton  you need to make a claim online, within 60 days of purchase or order date.  This should be approved within 5 working  days. once claim has been approved will receive Buds within 45 days.
