rang Samsung switchboard, got number for promotions team,open tomorrow, I'll have to wait

so I was told by o2 to wait 30 days before claiming. on the voucher I received it said claim 15-30 ,days after purchase of the phone from the Samsung members app. when I have just gone on help and support to find the promotion it says that it has expired
