Floors function

My floors count seems to have gone into overdrive! Think I've gone up and down stairs 5 or 6 times today and I've got a count of 35! It's only just started happening. Has anyone got a fix for this, is there a Samsung tech available to advise?? Samsung S20+ & galaxy watch RM800.

I find everything is a bit broken, ill be taking a ***** then i get a notification for reaching 3500 step count....

The software behind the Floor counting is terrible. you can go up and down the stairs 4/5 times and nothing then you can go up a few steps and it records as one floor.
