can I ask what device are you trying to pair this with and if you have been using this before connected to this device?
If you are using a Samsung phone, go to Settings > Apps > Galaxy Wearable app > Storage > Clear data.
If the issue persists, make sure that the phone is running on the latest software version: Settings > Software update > "Download and install" and restart the phone before connecting it again.
