feeling let down

Brought an s20 back in september when the deal at the time was a watch, had the watch delivered and seal on box was broken , now after many emails from myself , then in january sending the watch back as requested by samsung , heard nothing , so i sent another only to be told the offer has now expired and nothing can be done , dissaponited in the service and lack of comunication , 
Has anybody else had any issuse like this ?

if i hadnt of emailed again a week ago i would still be waiting , they said they contacted me on such a such date , i have no email no call log , so asked how exactly did you try to contact me , guess what no reply .
