Hello,

The volume on my left earbud is so quiet! I have looked at many tips and 'how-to's but nothing has worked! The earbud is 90% quieter than the other, It's like whispering.

Please could someone help me with what I should do? Nothing is working and I really cannot afford to buy another pair.

If it helps, the phone I use is a huawei p30 lite and I have the Samsung Buds+ BTS Edition.

Hi,
This page maybe helpful

No, low, or poor audio quality on Samsung earbuds

https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01111323/

How old are the earbuds
Do you still have warranty
You could try contacting support

Like I said, nothing works. I've look at all of these pages and nothing on there works. The earbud has gotten worse, and is now even quieter than it previously was. It is barely noticeable that sound is coming from it. I got them 9th July 2020 so it's probably no use.

@Tyler Jay did you ever get this fixed? I have the same issue suddenly for no reason (buds nearly 2 years old) and none of these solutions work for me!

No, sadly I still haven't been able to fix them.

I kept searching after I posted this and eventually found a solution so hopefully it will work for you too! As well as the normal cleaning, someone recommended getting a toothbrush and properly getting the bristles into metal grill bit and moving it around...and it worked!! So simple but not something I would have thought to do! Hope it helps
