Hi, I got a set of Galaxy Buds Pro through the promotion when I bought my S21 last year, I have only used the buds a couple of times but the charging connection is faulty on the case as the cable will no longer go in the charging point, does anyone know if the promotional items come with any warranty? Thks

Hey @CarlH, I thought I was, is it a special cable or is it a standard size, isn't the cable just a normal USB to USB-C ?
Do you have a different cable you could try, @JAK68? Or perhaps try to power the case using Power Share (If you have a Samsung phone). Just looking to see where the issue is at the moment.
my right ear bud pro touch not working but can here music still, iv'e reset the buds and reinstalled app but still the same problem any help would be great thanks
p.s i'm using the galaxy s22 ultra phone
