False Water Damage on Active 2

Anyone have the repair center claim water damage to your Active 2 ??? 

My wife's watch was splash with water at the beach and is stuck in a boot loop.

Repair center is saying the water is not covered under warranty because its water damage !!! The watch was only splashed !  The watch is only three months old

Keep getting hung on and stuck on hold when requesting a supervisor... Their customer service is TERRIBLE !!!

nope lemme give that a shot... IM still on hold about 2.5 hours..... SO weird, why is it so hard to talk to a supervisor ?
