Why can't i see messenger,  facebook  or instagram on my watch (Galaxy Watch 4)?

When you say can't see, did you mean you don't get notifications?

OK, I think you may have to activate the authorisation for notification within that individual app, also check in your watch settings whether you have allowed the notification for those particular apps, you may have set OK in the phone but may not be in the watch
