Exercise available on Health app on phone, not on my Galaxy Watch

Why or how do I fix this problem.  Exercise is available on the Health app on my phone, will not sync or show on my Galaxy watch.  How do I fix this?  It is not in the list of other exercises on the watch.

@bajajab: Sadly, not all workouts represented in the mobile Samsung Health app are mirrored in our Wearables. Which exercise type were you looking for in particular?

I have the exact same question please, as would really like to record hooping on the watch. It doesn't make sense for exercises to only be available on the phone. Watch users are far more likely to have the watch on than the phone nearby when exercising so surely it makes sense to have them all available on both devices?
