This explains why I still have not received my update for ECG and BP on my Galaxy Active 2.  It is because I am not using a Samsung phone.  Not saying I am ok or happy about it, instead I was repeatedly let down and misled by Samsung.  Anyway considering I have already waited for over a year for ECG (which was promised for this time last year), what is another year.

Have you the gwa2 or three? clearly it isn't working for lots of people... and exactly the snae thing happened in the states when it was introduced roughly six months ago.

I have the active 2, I've done a couple of ECG readings. It's completed the reading and gave me results. Wouldn't know if it's accurate though. If this is a issue I would report an error to samsung developers so they can fix with an update.

I'm on to Samsung now... they want to look at the unit for repair.
