Hi guys

I just got the Active 2 and I like it better than the Watch 46mm that I also have but it was listed as having ECG monitoring on the Samsung Ireland website where I bought it, after receiving the watch I find out that it is not enabled and awaiting an American FDA approval. 

Why is this affecting it here in Ireland and why is it not specified on the website when buying?

I'm interested as would like to get the Watch3 but not prepared to pay for a premium product with features that are not available in the UK - but they are elsewhere. Those features would be the main reason for me getting that watch.
