After the last update (Dec 2022), my galaxy watch 5 goes blank and locks after performing an ECG. Requested help from Samsung but all I get is instruction to submit for repair. I am confident this is a software issue.

@Fiona26 , I did as you suggested and received a response from Samsung that they only handle app issues and need to address my concern to another department. Samsung only makes this more frustrating.
I finally got hold of an agent yesterday on a chat who indicated that the issue is known and a patch is forthcoming.
