WearablesAfter the last update (Dec 2022), my galaxy watch 5 goes blank and locks after performing an ECG. Requested help from Samsung but all I get is instruction to submit for repair. I am confident this is a software issue.

Wearables@Fiona26 , I did as you suggested and received a response from Samsung that they only handle app issues and need to address my concern to another department. Samsung only makes this more frustrating.

WearablesI finally got hold of an agent yesterday on a chat who indicated that the issue is known and a patch is forthcoming.
