Select ecg on your watch and hold/rest your finger lightly on the red watch button, follow on screen prompts and the result will be displayed on screen and sent to your phone.

For blood pressure I cannot help, it needs calibrating weekly with a real blood pressure monitor which makes the watch feature redundant in my opinion, so I simply don't use it.

No worries. That's how you get a ecg reading it's pretty straightforward, as you don't describe what your issue is, there is no more I can contribute. (Very little information to go on 😀)

It makes the bloody pressure function completely redundant. There is literally no point to it.
