Let's try to solve this. Ensure that the Galaxy Buds, the phone, and the Galaxy Wearable app are up to date. To do this you will need to head to the phone Settings> About phone> Software update, and do something similar for the watch: launch the Samsung Wearable app on the phone> About buds> Software update. Reset the Buds and try to connect them back. To do this go to the Samsung Wearable app from the phone> About the Galaxy Buds> Reset the earbuds> Reset. Have this solved the issue?
