I bought earbuds 2 from Turkey some months ago. And now  my kids  broke them. So i went to Samsung support center and give earbuds to have fix. And pay 40£  for checking and they called me and said to me becouse of i bought this earbuds from Turkey they couldnt do anything about it but give the money back. This is so wierd. SAMSUNG is  same brand all around the world.

What you describe is quite normal with most if not all electrical/electronic companies, the country where you purchase an item from is where you take it back to for repairs etc.. there may be diffent components internally due to different country regulations etc.

Always purchase electronics or electrical items in the country you live.

Yes but this is non sense . End of rhe day Samsung produce the products they can fix it anywhere
