earbuds too quiet

I can barely hear my earbuds+ I have gone through all the steps and no luck??

Remember when I got my buds it was the same. Try this:

open wearable app
set the touch buttons on earbuds to volume increase.
increase volume by pressing the side button.

that might work it did for me.

Contact Samsung help desk. They will collect from you and return within two days. My nephews had same issue. Samsung were great in collecting and returning. Just say under warrant repair.
