Hmm.
This not something I have tried, but if you have not already done this, then purge all settings (factory reset) and setup from scratch, then see if that helps.
Keep the pairs well away from each other while you try to sort them out. This will eliminate the possibility of them interfering with each other until they are functioning properly.
It also might be worthwhile giving Samsung Support a call and see if they can offer any help.
Perhaps, someone on the forum might have a solution.
