Hi @Adam1998 ,

May I ask if this only happens when you shake your head?

If not, please check for software updates on your earbuds and connected device. Make sure your earbuds and phone or tablet have the latest software version installed. If an issue occurs when using a certain app, such as Spotify, make sure the app is also up to date.

No worries! Can you please define what you mean by weird? Do this affect all the sounds and apps? When you shake your head does the Buds location move considerably from the phone or device that you have these connected to?

If this only happens when you shake your head, it may indicate that the communication between the devices will be poor or obstructed. Try the following:

  1. Change the location or the position of the Buds or phone.
  2. Remove any cases or covers on your phone.
  3. If the phone is in a bag or in a pocket, try moving the position of this to a closer place.
