Earbuds plus

Hello there, 

I bought my earbuds last week and the right one is not working. Out of the blue. I put them to charge last night and today its not working. 

Any tips of how to fix?

I am having the same problem unable to find an answer as they were working last week.
they work with my iphone

My earbuds recently got an update. Heres to get the update (if not done already)

>Open the charging case
>Open the Wearable app on your device your earbuds are connected to

>Scroll to 'Earbuds Software Update'

If your earbuds need an update, it will show up there.
