I've bought these today, linked them up to the app and it seems that only one is registered. Any ideas how to fix this issue??? I havs Charged them both up and the

It might be a faulty earpiece. You might want to consider returning them ...

someone put a link to a video on YouTube on here and I followed that. seems to have worked. Will keep an eye on it.
