Earbuds not staying in my ear

Hello it's me again, but just to say that my earbuds won't stay in my ears. I have changed the ear speaker you can replace on earbuds but it hasn't done anything. I've been dealing with this for quite a bit. Please offer some advice on how this matter can be fixed.

Please can you confirm the model number of the Buds for me, so I'm able to provide accurate troubleshooting assistance? In the meantime, please check the packaging for some alternate eartips, as we typically include a 3 different sized tips to help our customers find the optimal fit.
