earbud malfunction

I had my s10+ Coming up for 2 years in March I had my ear buds installed when I started to have problems with it so I had spent my phone back to my operator and said the phone is fine and they reset it back to factory settings and work fine but since installing everything back including my buds the problem started again so think it's a malfunction with my buds cos I installed them to my s8+ and got the same problem
