Ear infections

Hi, received Galaxy Buds Pro with my S21. Since using the earbuds I've had ear infections. Visit to the GP confirmed this resulting in weeks course of antibiotics.

Changed silicone to comply foam tips. Ear infection returned!!

Now have developed Tinnitus due to ear infections which has had a huge impact on my life.

Do not use these earbuds any more 🤬

Me too. I have some weird infection in both ears that has required 2 sets of antibiotics... and it's still there!

There is definitely an issue with the product IMO. Too many people are complaining of the same issue

I for one will never buy any Samsung products again because of the lack of customer service surrounding this matter despite the fact ear infections are being reported all the time
