I won a set of buds+ from Samsung, the first set I had the left bud wouldn't connect, so I sent them back, got a replacement, would t connect at all, now had a 3rd set and these won't connect neither, has anyone else had issues connecting buds+ to a SE20FE?? 
I've tried all the trouble shooting and nothing works.

I had a similar issue with my right bud, wouldn't connect. I then realised it wouldn't connect because the bud was completely dead. The wing tips on the buds+ move when you're positioning the bud in your ear. When they move, even just slightly, they don't sit properly in the case & therefore drain & eventually disconnect. For months I couldn't work out why the case wouldn't shut properly and had to use an elastic band to keep it closed when charging.
Until one day I moved the wing tip significantly where it wouldn't sit in the case. When I realised this, and made sure they were sat properly when putting on charge, the issue stopped.

I'm now on set 5, and still the issues, they just won't connect. I've deleted the wearable app and reinstalled, done all the trouble shooting countless times, and nothing. The case is charged as the light is green, I just cannot get a set to pair with my phone. Surely after 5 sets there is a deeper issue.
