Ear bugs doen't read the apps name anymore

Two years ago I bought a pair of earbuds Samsung and it used to read loud the name of the app from which a notification could come. It use to read the name of a caller too. But now the buds are silent I only can hear the notification sound.

I turned on the the option Read Notifications with loud voice and everything from that menu is on, but nothing...

Was this function removed by an update?

Stuff like that is usually in the accessibility settings menu, have a look there, it should be under hearing enhancements, possible the Live Transcribe option.

@AlexBadea: If you have the buds connected to a Samsung mobile then please head to the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Answering and Ending Calls > Read Caller Names Aloud. For additional options, please head to Settings > Accessibility > Screen Reader (Android 10) or TalkBack (for Android 11).
