ear buds

I got my ear buds as part of the deal to get my phone but the left ear bud has never worked

Any ideas please?

Hey @rolandrat, what model of Galaxy Buds have you got? Also, when did you receive them and what is the issue with your left one specifically?

hi Carlol.sm-r175 is the model. got them in October. the left one is not seen at all by my phone. the right one is fine. thank you
