So I received my earbuds about a week ago and it only had 1 working ear bud returned them and received my replacement today only to find out that its the same problem just the left bud doesn't work this time is this a common thing.

Have you tried all the Internet fixes ?

There was an interesting one where someone figured out that each ear bud was seen as separate so it would never connect to the other.

yeah I tried the Internet fixes just nothing. it doesn't even show up or turn on when I take it out of the case I can't update them as both need to be connected
