Ear buds crackling

Since I updated the my phone yesterday with the new software update my ear buds have started crackling and then the left one stopped working for a minute and then started working again. Does any one know if I can do anything to correct this?

open the galaxy wearable app then scroll to the bottom and check if there is a software update available for the buds. this may fix it. 🤞

I got similar problem, when my noise cancelling is on my right ear buds making some weird noise. And can't use with it.

Me too. This happens to the left bud in fact. After 30 min of listening or so a short crackling noise is heard.

I’m having the same issue. Haven’t been able to find a solution. I was happy with the buds, worked fine for about a year and now the sound sucks. Popping in the left bud and the quality keeps fluctuating. Goes from muffled to tinny to close to normal. So annoying. Wtf Samsung?!
