I have the same issue. Left bud is quieter than the right since last update. Does Samsung actually monitor these posts and do something about the issues Samsung users are having or do we just hope that someone out in the community has the answer?
We spend all this money on Samsung products but never seem to get any after sales customer service. Or am i wrong?
