I am getting a galaxy watch 6 LTE

The watch will have a separate sim that you can link to your phone number.
It will need separate contract plan, but it's usually a lot cheaper than the phone contract
I have an LTE watch and it's linked to my number, so all calls and messages show on the watch as well

Any sim, physical or virtual (eSim) can only be used on one device.  You could get a Pay As You Go SIM though?

Almost all the samsung devices support e sims. esims like dito telecoms esims are widely used and all the lateast samsung models acept esims. But keep in mind that, before using the esim, e sim regsitration is necesssery

Thanks!
