Duo Charger problem

Hi, just had my duo charger, phone side works perfect, problem is the watch side seems very hit and miss as to where the watch sits on the charger. It seems you have to move just off to get the watch to charge.

Anyone else experiencing problems with this.

Yes. Similar charging issue. The contact is key. The watch band might be inhibiting good contact.

Thats what I thought, but actually took strap off to try, it works perfectly with supplied charger with watch, only a problem with the duo charger.
