Hey everyone does anyone know what to do if your smart watch doesn't charge after a recent update?

Best thing to do is contact samsung. In the UK you get 24 months warranty with their galaxy watches. As long as you have receipt, proof of purchase your watch may still be in warranty. Worth contacting samsung to see what they say.

-Try a hard reboot by holding both buttons down.

- Can also try clearing cache partition

- Lastly, a complete reset

Contact o2, but also try what @GusB has recommended first.

I did a hard rest and a factory one with my data backup up still doesn't work
