Boys and girls.. Remember to train Core 5 days a week, particularly if you are into Running, Weight training
And for the boys.. It's really good for your sharing love activities, girls will looooooove it
Don't waste your time with Planks - absolutely useless, just use your brain and think, the planks has no resistance movements other than sitting on your elbows
So if a bodybuilder or Athlete happen to just stand up on the gym floor without doing any resistance training or an Athlete by standing on the track, you know they are not going to get anywhere,
Planks are the same, don't waste time, do resistance training if you want to get strong and better 💪😁💪
