Hi
I am new to having a Galaxy Watch Active 2. I set Heart Rate Monitoring in settings to "only manually". Today I got my first auto workout and was suprised it showed me some heart rate. Looking under "Help" in the auto workout recognition settings there was a text saying, that heart is only monitored in auto detected workouts, when heart rate monitoring is set to "frequently". So is this a bug or why is it measuring heart rate, when the help text says something different.
Sorry for my bad english. I am not a native speaker.
