I am finding the sleep tracking to be way off by several hours. The watch is a replacement all the diagnostics return a normal function, of not slow on some.occasions. The watch and phone are up to date and still, the watch seems to miss the first several hours of actual sleep. My back up monito ( wife) states that I'm sleeping soundly. Not sure if there is anything that can be done to improve this.
I don't know to be honest. I know they're not 100% accurate. But you'd think they'd be a little better, I know I've been asleep for hours on some occasions before the watch has identified that I'm asleep. A little frustrating to say the.least.
