Daily Briefing uses 12 h not 24 h

My Daily Briefing shows my first appointment by using a 12 h clock not a 24 h clock, e.g. shows 7:30 PM and not 19:30.
Why as it uses 24 h clock for the setting for when to give briefings.

Can it be changed?
