Hi, I have a GW3 with S9+ phone and have been able to use the Galaxy Store to purchase watch faces at $0 cost with generous coupons. However, in the last week or so, the coupon feature does not work. I can collect coupons but when I try to apply them, the checkout freezes and does not complete. Purchasing with a payment works fine.
Anybody else have is problem and any way to fix it or has Samsung decided I had enough free watch faces.

Have you been in touch with Samsung US about this issue, or shared it on the Samsung US Community (https://us.community.samsung.com/) to see if others in the US are reporting the same?

Same here. Coupons stopped working few days ago. Tried to reset my Galaxy watch and reinstall the wear app. Still not working. How to solve this problem? Im located in Germany
