My brand new galaxy buds pro left side not working after done many attempts . This is my worst expensive product of my life. I don't even believe how this problem can happen in this type of product which is very expensive . I am very disappointed.

I had this problem when I first got my buds plus a few years ago, a firmware upgrade solved it

Check if there is a update for the buds or if you can reapply firmware

Please can someone tell me how to complain as the app is useless I have tried everything to get the left bud connected and it won't update unless both are connected. Bloody hell it's so annoying
